Product Synopsis
When properly implemented, borrowing to invest ("leverage") can be a powerful wealth creation strategy. Our two investment loan products can help you build and manage your wealth with the assistance of your independent financial advisor:
Wealth Builder Investment Loan*
- Ideally suited to those who want to magnify their savings but prefer not to pledge the securities required for our 2 for 1 Investment Loan.
2 for 1 Investment Loan*
- Ideally suited to those wishing to borrow to invest using varying levels of leverage.
- Borrow up to twice the amount you pledge in cash or existing non-registered mutual or segregated funds, to purchase additional funds.
- Margin call or no margin call options available.
With either loan you can choose from:
- An account at Mackenzie or MRS
- Mutual funds or segregated funds**
- Interest only or principal and interest payments
All loans are single advance demand loans.
