As of July 8, 2011, mutual fund companies will be making Fund Fact documents available to investors online and by request.

These Fund Facts will be produced for each class or series of a mutual fund offered by prospectus and will include a useful and easy-to-read summary of the key facts about a fund, highlighting:

− Top holdings
− Asset mix
− Risks
− Costs of buying and owing a fund

The availability of these Fund Facts is the first stage ofthe Canadian Securities Administrators' implementation to the point of sale disclosure project for mutual funds.
