You can locate the materials in the Marketing Materials Library by using ONE OR MORE of the search options.

SEARCH WORD

• Type in a keyword, phrase or document title in the Search Word box.
  For example: "market volatility", "bull and bear", "fund card"
• Helpful hints: the searches are not case sensitive however be careful when using hyphens and dashes. For example: co-op ads vs. co – op ads, ideally do not use them, ie. co op ads

COMPANY

• Select the company which you would like to search materials in. There are three available options.
• Mackenzie & MRS = SEARCH for information and materials produced by both companies.
• Mackenzie Only = SEARCH for information and materials produced by Mackenzie only.
• MRS Only = SEARCH for information and materials produced by MRS only
• Helpful hints: If no company is chosen and other search options are selected, the system defaults to Mackenzie Only.

DOCUMENT TYPE

• Use Document Type as a search option and select a value in the drop-down menu.
• The values displayed in the drop-down menu will depend on which company you choose.
• Helpful hints: use “Document Type” to help you locate specific documents quickly. For example: if you are searching for bios on our fund managers, select Biographies and a list of all biographies in the library will be displayed.

PRODUCTS / SERVICES

• Use Products and Services as a search option and select a value in the drop-down menu.
• The values displayed in this drop-down menu will depend on which company you choose
• Helpful hints: looking for information on Mackenzie Tax & Estate Planning, select the Tax & Estate Planning category to get access to all the materials available for this subject.

FUND FAMILY

• To list all materials pertaining to a specific fund family, use the search option Fund Family and select the fund family you are looking for.
  For example: by selecting Cundill a list of all materials pertaining to the Cundill family will appear.

FUND NAME / FUND CODE

• To list all materials pertaining to a specific fund, use the search option Fund Name and select the fund name from the drop-down menu or enter the Mackenzie Fund Code into the Fund Code box. For example: by selecting Universal Future Fund a list of all materials pertaining to this fund will appear.
• Helpful hints: this is the quickest way to get a list of materials pertaining to a specific Mackenzie fund. All fund codes are available on the Fund Profile pages and in our monthly Mackenzie Express booklet.
